Started in 1986 First Thursday in the Pearl is a district-wide celebration that occurs on the first Thursday of each month. I am a 18 years sober well. Art patrons will find colorful watercolor and ink paintings by Sara Sjol playful bronze sculptures of animals by Georgia Gerber and beautiful black-and-white photographs of sand dunes by award-winning photographer Jock Bradley to name but a few.
